<span data-metadata=""><span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">This brochure is a small excerpt from an extensive research on severe stress patterns identified in students of the Bachelor's Degree in Design and Creative Technologies (DTEC) at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

For us, as fellow students, this is a way to confront the problem head-on and contribute to raise awareness among the rest of the student body about the importance of taking care of our mental health as creative professionals.

<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">The information gathered in this document was obtained through an extensive investigation. After this extensive research process, our mission is to give the necessary exposure to this issue so that mental health is more taken into account in academic settings. Thanks to the interviews we conducted, we know that it is something that can be learned to manage with the right tools.
